Mission Statement
Here at Radio PoochTM, we know that you may not always have time to tend to your dog. That's why we at Radio PoochTM are offering you a solar-powered, radio-controlled dog bone with receiver collar and 3 whole-wheat bones. This machine is reusable. All you need is to supply any type of bone, and push the drill activation button to drill it inside the bone, then shoot it down the ramp and watch your dog exercise and have fun. We promise to provide an excellent product that will keep your dog in good shape.

Market Analysis
We would "administrate" our product survey in front of Petco, because many people go there to buy products for their pets. We would stand out front handing out surveys to the people who walk by. We will give it mainly to adults. Depending on the results of my survey depends on whether we will sell our product at all. I think we should ask the people if they have a dog and then we will give it to the people who have dogs. We would give it only to the people who come by Petco.

Product Placement
We will sell our product at Petco or Petsmart because that's where they have and sell many products centered on domestic animals. They sell everything you need (except ownership love) to keep a pet healthy and happy, so endorsing our product in Petco or Petsmart is a good idea. Owners will go there to buy everything they need for their pets there. Our product would be placed in the toy aisle. We would package our product in a cardboard box because that's a cheap and eco-friendly way of packaging products. They wouldn't need it, but if the wheels go dull, they would need to replace them. All they would have to do is dial the number on the box if they need replacements or a repair. Instructions are required because our customers need to know how to use the product. There isn't any competition against our product.
